SHIPPING

Due to covid please note some shipping companies are operating at reduced speeds. Shipping facilities are not set up for social distancing and right now the workload is higher for them than Christmas. If your package takes a bit longer to be delivered there is not much we can do. 

 

HOW COSTS ARE CALCULATED

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and reflect our own discounted rates. Carriers calculate shipping based on the weights and box sizes of all of our products.  Our handling time is usually less then a day and most orders arrive in 2-9 days. 

 

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA AND THE USA

We offer both Canada Post Tracked Packet International which usually ships in about two weeks, or the insanely fast DHL Express which usually will ship worldwide in 3 days. Most items in the shop can be shipped through DHL for around $50USD. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In Canada we offer Canada Post Standard, Express, and Priority Shipping. We also offer UPS Standard Shipping if you would prefer. 

We are not responsible for damages incurred by shipping carriers but canprovide any info necessary to file a claim with any shipping carrier.

 

USA SHIPPING

For USA shipping we offer both Canada Post international, DHL Express, and soon USPS. USPS is already available in New York.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TARIFFS.

You are responsible for paying any Customs, Duties or Tariff fees in accordance with you Country or States Laws.

 

INSURANCE

If you would like insurance on an order please contact us using the form here before we ship it out.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

You the customer are responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to address when you place an order on our site. Please verify you have entered the correct and complete shipping address including unit number when checking out. The info you enter is automatically given to the shipping couriers once they are packaged, and if you are not able to contact us before your label is officially purchased by us we will not be able to issue a refund for a mistaken address.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are rare, at our discretion and usually involve very special circumstance. We will not cancel an order just because a customer changes their mind after the order is placed. 

There is a 10% cancelation fee we will apply at our discretion unless the order is cancelled because of fraud or because we do not have or will not receive the products in the order (Ie if an item on pre order is cancelled by the manufacturer.)

SHIPPING DAMAGES

We are not responsible for damages incurred to packages by carrier negligence. We will provide you with details if needed to be able to take any complaint up with the chosen shipping carrier. 

 

RETURNS

Due to the pandemic we are not accepting returns under any circumstance. Please make sure of your purchases before making them. 

All Sales are final sale. This applies to pre-orders as well. If you make a toy purchase receive a defective product we will reach out to the producer on your behalf. If the item is a mystery item the best most companies can do is replace the item with another mystery box.
